I have to admit that I had to google the term "zaibatsu" - but yes, it turns out that's quite precisely what I had in mind!

A Zaibatsu company politics are impressive. It's almost a mini country inside the country XD They support students until they become loyal company workers... It's a total domination. Japaneses know how to create their own loyal modern samurais haha
